She weighs 5lbs 4.5oz today so I think the doctors will increase her feedings this morning when they do rounds. They want to get her back to gaining close to an ounce per day.

Immediately following the reflux incident:

Squirming and Smiling!
Our daughter, Sydney, was born at 26 weeks gestation weighing 1lb 10oz at birth and was 14 inches long. This is her story complete with some random ramblings from me. Sydney seems to have had enough of that feeding tube! I am always cracking up that she yanks it out whenever she can. Glad she's doing better.
awww - shes precious!
Must have been having some good dreams (that was a big smile) - dreams of no tubes and no tape and actually being able to use her fingers to do whatever she wants to again! :)
Great pics!
thanks!
She is looking like a little chunk!
What a cuteness. I am so soooo happy everyday to see that she is doing better. Every day is always a bit of better news. You continue to be in our prayers and thoughts.
Wow sweetie. I have missed reading for a bit. I had no idea little miss ended up with RSV. So glad they caught it and she is doing better. All in all she looks like she is doing really well. Will they give her synagis before she goes home (shot that can prevent or lessen RSV). Josh's homecoming changed a few times. Have faith that she will be home with her mama and daddy as soon as she can!
