Sydney's doctors and nurses attempted to adjust her oxygen settings again today and it worked for a while. THEN, she got busy, even moreso than yesterday. She's using so much energy to kick and punch and squirm that they had to increase her oxygen level again because her breathing can't keep up with her activity. If they attempt to restrain her, she gets cranky and her vital signs drop until they release her.
Someone tell her that she needs to settle down. I don't know why she feels the need to be soo busy in there!

They haven't told us that they are sedating her at all.
Look at all her energy! Yay Sydney!
Just wondering. They kept Spence on a sedative and a drug that paralyzed him so he wouldn't burn calories squiggling, but he also wasn't allowed to eat for a long time.
She sounds like she's doing great!
Settle down little one. You have the whole rest of your life to drive mommy and daddy crazy.
